REPORT CONCERNS
The Tin Code Resolution Procedure sets out how stakeholders may raise concerns about companies, and/or situations at company sites, which are actively participating in reporting against the Tin Code, and/or the management of the Tin Code standard or Tin Code reports. This may include the conduct of ITA or ITA members, as well as the reported performance of participating companies or assessors.
If you want to report grievances or whistleblowing, raise a concern about companies participating on Tin Code reporting and/or the management of the Tin Code, please;

RESOLUTION PROCEDUREIssues which can be resolved through existing company processes will be referred by ITA to those processes and we also encourage you to submit concerns directly to companies as relevant. Please check the company websites here.
